For being Black Friday the store was well managed. It was crowded but we all didn't mind waiting our turn. The salesperson went from each customer with the same pleasant manners.

The sales associates had no issues locating the bracelets and charms that I was looking for. The checkout process was wuick and easy even with setting up a warranty. I am overall very satisfied with the way this Pandora store presented themselves and mantained a friendly atmosphere even at the busiest time of the year.

Shelby J was the lady that helped us and shewas so so helpful and Definitely knew exactly what she was talking about and where all the charms were that we were looking for. Our sales person was extremely patient and was just so awesome and helpful. When I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted she recommended a few other pieces at different price points that helped me decide. She was amazing!!

I visited the store twice during my stay in Williamsburg. The second day I was looking for a black rope type bracelet. The assistant said they were out of the black. I left but the group I was with needed to go back in So I happen to ask another assistant about the bracelet. She found 3 available in black.
