Upon entering the store I was quickly greeted and taken to the merchandise that I requested. Even when other people came into the store I was given full attention until done. Afterwards my name was put on a mailing list for future sails. A very pleasant shopping experience!

Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I stopped in because I had lost a bead when my bangle accidentally came open. The sales person explained with compassion why I had lost my bead and showed me how to fix the issue so I won't loose beads in the future. She was very patient while I shopped for a replacement bead.
