Some of the items I wanted to purchase should as in stock, but were unable to be located. Also, one item was out of stock. I will need to go to another store to purchase.

Could be better

The saleslady was constantly putting away the trays before she would show me another piece. I had no intention of stealing anything, but it was just frustrating.

I ordered online for store pick up. A bracelet that was apart of my order showed that it wasn’t available in the store I went to but when I got there they had the bracelet. The store that claimed they had it, didn’t have it, and it was cancelled from my order and I was getting it with my bday discount. I was not able to get my 10% discount on my bracelet, I’m a little upset about that. Thank you

No store offers were available. No deals were available regards of the item or items. Very disappointed in this particular Pandora store. Spend over $600.00 we were not offered and kind of promotion.

I was satisfied with the purchases I made and service was excellent

Just a good experience overall.

Short staffed, had to put my name on a waiting list to have someone help me.
