I had to sign in & wait until someone would be available to help. Why go online only to find out the ones I wanted they didn’t have. The last chance charms were hidden under the counter so you couldn’t even look at them until a clerk helped you. Have them laid out under glass to give you something to do while you wait.

They didn’t have more variety of charms that I was looking for. They didn’t have a way to clean my braided bracelet. The price was so high for just one charm. I wish you guys did deals like 3 charms for $100.

My first attempt on black Friday I waited outside the store for almost an hour, just to be told by an associate that the machines were down and they can only take cash only. When I returned to the store over three hours later, the line was too long to enter. I did return on Saturday and they were still only letting maybe five or six people into the store which caused another line.

I was satisfied with the sales associate Siann because she was knowledgeable of what was in the store and what wasn't. I wanted two items and they were out of one of them (a gold plated Christmas Tree). I was not satisfied because I clipped my bracelet that I had on correctly and apparently the latch popped and the bracelet slipped off without my knowledge which caused me to lose the bracelet and all of the charms that were on it too. So, I'm only really just upset about that.
