I wish y'all still had a book in the store where you could look through it instead of just the merchandise was looking through the book is a lot easier

Retired charms are priced too high. Specials don’t come frequent enough.

Charms are pricey and you all don’t have enough specials

The staff made the difference. The salesperson was friendly and attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable and great.

The associate did not know what charms were in stock. I left the store and continued shopping. Then she saw me outside and found me because she later found what I was looking for. That's something she should have been able to find while I was still in the store.

#1 - I had to leave the Newport News store because I wasn’t getting served. All the associates were waiting on customers when I arrived. That like a 10 minute wait. Finally one of them was free, it kept talking to the handsome customer she had waited on. Another became free, but still didn’t call me to come forward. I waited an additional 5 minutes after figuring out she was waiting for the 3rd associate to complete her customer transaction before I would be served, so I left & drove to Williamsburg. So I was a bit agitated when I got to Williamsburg. I was greeted/acknowledged, Krystal, came forward to assist me. I was looking for charms - 2 initials & 2 birthstones. This store is my favorite, but when I asked to see a specific tray they used to place that tray on the counter, just one at a time. Krystal said that rule had changed & I could see one charm at a time. I don’t like change, but dealt with it until I saw another associate put out,not 1, but 2 trays for an elderly white lady in a wheel chair with her daughter.. I did bring that to Krystal attention.
