The sales girl ignored me and moved on to a lady that came in after me. I chose to wait for the manager to assist me even after she became available. She made me feel very unwelcome in the store, but the manager restored my confidence in that store so I will return.

There was only two sales associate helping people.

The associates were unable to give one-on-one assistance. The associate assisting me had to excuse herself to assist another customer. Then the other customer wanted to look at the same charms I was looking at, at the same time. The associate had to pull trays from me to put them in the window next to me for the other customer to look at because she was impatient.

I brought two charms and a bangle and I ask for a cloth bag which you can use as a cleaning cloth and I was told I had to buy it. I feel like if you buy a bracelet you should get the cloth bag to clean but I brought more then just bangle.

A bracelet was in a 75$ spot and run up for 95. The manager stayed she placed it in the wrong spot, but that's where she removed it from when I ask to see it.

I visited three times in one day. The third time was later in the day but slower (understandably). It was off putting to see an employee doing inventory instead of helping me. I had to wait for a sales rep to finish with a customer before I received assistance, which was a significant amount of time
