The first time we went to the store, there were only 2 associates and at least 8 guests. Someone came in behind us and 1 of the associates greeted them and asked them to sign in. No one greeted me nor asked me to sign anything. We waited around for 10 minutes left and came back. There were 4 associates and we were immediately greeted by the 1 black associate who helped us. She was awesome! This was my first Pandora purchase because I was unaware that you had gold. You need more gold selections as I don't like silver.

I hope that you had more clearance products since you are placed in an outlet shopping

Nothing to do with an associate; is tome right came to door and complained about PEOPLE WASTING TIME, NOT ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SHOP- my sister, sister on phone(from Florida; with my sister) and myself, spent over $900, next customer in, said “ I’m not going to waste time; or be inconsiderate of others, I’ll be out quickly, just flustered me, and I quit looking- no one said anything to us, of corse; it was probably better no one did

COVID!!!!

I love the welcome and friendly service from all of the associates. The staff made sure I knew about the selection that was available to satisfy my needs.

It was a nice visit not truly a shopper but it was my anniversary.

I spent $600 in purchases.I should have gotten 10 percent on my other two purchases. That is a valuable customer, spending or buying that much merchandise at one time during this Covid-19 situation.

We asked for a specific item and the associate we were working with stated they didn’t have it. Good thing the other associate was listening because they did have the item we were looking for.

I was satisfied with my experience. I found what I was looking for and received assistance while doing so.

I had to return a item because it seem to tarnish after the first day
