I was satisfied but I live too far away to return in 90 days and don’t know anyone that lives over there. The service was great and the people very nice and knowledgeable.

New sales associate… did not seem eager or enthusiastic to help customers… did tell total of sale… I asked the total, she pointed to the amount instead of verbalizing the amount

I was not pleased with the amount of time I had to wait to enter the store. I understand the safety measures due to COVID and there were only two associates but it would have been nice if I could have entered the store to browse until an associate became available. I waited outside quite sometime before being invited into the store.

The wait to get in the store was very long. There were 2 associates in the store and me along with another customer waited more than 30 minutes just to get in to shop.

I spent over $200, when I got home I seen online that a free black crossover pouch was being given away with a purchase over a $100. I would have loved to have gotten one

The only reason I did not give a highly satisfied it's because waiting outside for 45 minutes while they're only two Associates in the store was a bit extreme I understand social distancing but I thought that was unnecessary that we had to wait outside for 45 minutes and if you're going to make people wait outside there should be a time limit with the customers inside one lady just walked around the entire counter multiple times as we're waiting outside to get in.

Sales person more likely lack of experience, not so friendly, didn’t find what I was looking for.
