Pandora Jewelry

I was very impressed with the sales associate, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that I asked about. It was certain things that I was looking for that had nothing to do with her or the store, just had an different idea in mind.

Tops of counters scratched so merchandise is hard to see. Lighting needs improvement in cases. Merchandise selection was scrambled & hard to figure out. Several customers (not Pandora fault) were taking clerks time but not buying. Made it very hard to make my purchase when 2 groups had all the clerks tied up.

Need more help the wait is to long

When we were able to enter the store. We understand about the limit of guests inside the store. She said she would be right with us in a minute. She never came to assist us. There were employees cleaning jewelry. No one asked could they help. We had to find help.

Associate kept asking coworkers for help. It might have been that she is a new employee.

I was greeted when I first came in. Everyone was friendly. I wish there was a bigger selection, but really you had what I wanted.

They didn’t have the charms I was looking for. So I ended buying the bracelet only. The staff was very friendly, and knew what I wanted!!!

I didn’t expect to spend as much as I did. I wasn’t clear on how the sales associate explained pricing. But, she was great and ultimately I purchased the product.

Already knew what I wanted.

The store was very clean and sales associates were friendly. I love to visit this store because it’s an outlet and I always find merchandise I want! The sales are a plus!!
