Company’s always need room to grow and offer free quality merchandise to there customers . Percentage off , birthday invitation with discount and a discount packager to make sure there clients know how to wear there products probably.

We walked in to look at rings, and nobody said or did anything to help us look at them. There were about four people working and none came over until I had to ask about 10 to 15 minutes later.

Because of the pandemic I had to wait outside in 35 degree cold for about 30 minutes to go in the store. Sales person didn't allow us to move the store to look at merchandise. My product is what I wanted but not as easy to open or close the bracelet as I would like but I will definitely continue to shop pandora.

When I ordered my two clasps, I indicated what braclet I had. However, one fit and another one didn't. So I was not to happy that I had to go out to the store. The store is always welcoming.

I find the charms overpriced. I can get 925 sterling cabochons much cheaper elsewhere. I can also get Pandora charms cheaper from other reputable jewelers. Why not suggest savings. Buy two charms, save this much; buy 3 charms, save more etc...

I was next in line outside when the sales associate let out a customer and advised me it will be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 30mins as we watched her go back and clean her station ,put up stock , straighten the front desk and then leave. There was only two other associates already working with customers and one associate was on a lunch break. I understand the cleaning but the restocking could have been done when time was permitted being that there was a long line outside in the cold. I know everyone is not able to help out all the time but in this instance I felt she could have made a judgement call and tried to shorten the line until the associate on lunch was done as it was about 10mins between the time she left and the time that associate was back on the floor helping customers . The appearance was not a good look from outside in the cold looking in having stood in line for an hour with 30mins of it watching her .
