I had to wait so long to get into the store because of the customer to associate rule but there were two associates in the back doing nothing. I just didn’t understand. Overall, when I finally got in the store, it went well.

I was not told about the survey also the way I told the clerk to set up the bracelet was wrong and she let me do it. I didn’t find that out until I went to another location to purchase stoppers/clamps for the charms. But she was great.

I was looking for a gift and wasn't sure what I wanted making it difficult forstaff to assist me. I was also trying to be mindful of time toprevent others from having a long wait. I felt as I wasn't able to browse the items fully. This did help me to save money as I didn't have as many options

Due to the pandemic, the wait was a little long.Also I felt little rushed,because I knew others were waiting to come in. I probably would have purchased more if I browsed around . I just didn't feel like I had that luxury.

I wasn't allowed to browse the other cases to possibly shop more the sales person brought other trays over but I wasn't allowed to move about the store to look for myself.

I was supposed to receive a free bangle bracelet with my $125.00 purchase, however the bracelet was too small and I couldn’t get a discount on one that fit properly. There should always be some kind of options when the customer expect to receive something that is advertised and the company can’t deliver.?

They did not have what I wanted in my size They only had small sizes for every thing I wanted
