The sales people were not anxious to help .they didn't want to let me try the product to see if it fit. And they put my ring back when I told them I was purchasing it.

Understanding the pandemic protocol, waiting in line outside for an hour needs to be reconsidered. Either encourage those waiting to research prior to visit or offer time slotted appointments.

I loved my experience but I did not appreciate being informed of the cost until they took my card. Then I get home and find out there is a $120 price difference between colors and I didn't even know there was another color option. The staff were okay. Neither seemed particularly thrilled to be there but I understand when its right close to closing. I will be returning the bracelet and exchanging it for the silver. I love the rose gold but I cannot justify that price difference.
