The associate that helped us was really nice and knowledgeable. Her co worker in the other hand was rushing us out, she was very nasty and rude. Kept asking when we were going to wrap it up. My money is just as good as everyone elses. I could have went somewhere else. I shouldnt be rushed making a decision on a gift. It was quite sad to be treated that way. I wanted to pick out a gift for a friend that lost her son. He passed away. I wanted to make a memory bracelet. My whole mopd was ruined and i felt like i couldnt get the special gift right

I I know due to COVID-19 it cause some changes to the experience in the store to social distancing. The associate let me in the store, who by the way wave at me through the window and just simply open the door to let me know they was ready for me. She ask was I looking for anything, I told the associate I was looking for charms. So at the time it was a customer looking at the time. So in my opinion she should as will it be okay if she take one of sets to look at while I waited. But instead I am waiting an extra 10 minutes to get waited on. The associate who let me in just went on by her business and didn’t offer no other assistance. Now I did spend over $100 in the store that I think my business is very important because if it wasn’t for customer like myself, she wouldn’t have a job to go too. The young lady who help was friendly and help me organized my bracelets with my charms. So travel 45 minutes to that particular store and my gas and time is very value to me. They got to do better and make the best out of this pandemic we are facing.
