While I was satisfied with my overall experience on this particular trip, this location can sometimes be a hassle and have very long wait times. They need more associates to work the counters to prevent people from standing all around on top of one another

COVID - 19 did not make shopping fun - felt rush because of the line outside the door. wasn't able to focus on all the excellent items that was displayed. overall not bad with the current situation.

The associates were not paying attention to the amount of people in store, resulting in unnecessary waiting to enter the store.

Not sure how this can be handled but i think customers need to understand they cannot take all day to choose charms. There are other customers waiting for assistance. It is understood that all customers have priority but one lady and her daughter were there before I arrived, during my 20 minute wait and were there after i left, trying to choose between the same 4 charms they already looked at. The saleslady was very patient and I applaud her.
