Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a military discount. I found the ring I was looking for in the size I needed for a reasonable price.

We are visiting Williamsburg on vacation. I buy a pandora charm from every new place we visit. I wish you would make more of a selection in you “places/cities” charms. We are in colonial Williamsburg and the charm has flip flops on it. Colonial Williamsburg isn’t known for its beaches. It’s known for the American history... flip flops would be great for Virginia Beach... Furthermore, those charms weren’t displayed so I had to ask the associate if they even existed. Otherwise my visit to this location was nice

The visit was just alright, went to purchase something I saw online and then left.

There’s always room for growth

Well it appears every time we shop at Pandora all the items just happen to be sale price and no discounts apply. They say they do military with it posted in the store but nothing qualifies. If you honor military discount it should apply to any purchase. I spent almost $200 and get nothing off or no incentives. There should at least be a free bracelet or charm.

There were not enough rose gold charms on sale for an outlet store.

anytime you have to pay for anything you are not satisfied. I had just visited the day before and spent over an X amount of dollars and not promotional discount, etc.

Some of your promotions are confusing the way they are rung up.saleson charms 29.99 and below or any other sale have to be scanned to find prices. This makes your employees take extra time trying to wait on customers. My 29.99 charm rang up at 40 dollars not 29.99

Service wasn’t exceptional, but alright.
