Associates could've been warmer with greeting. Discount not so good. Didn't feel associate was too knowledgeable.

The charm that I wanted, had to be ordered, but I couldn't use my Pandora credit card. I had to use another debit or credit card. So I ordered on line myself using my Pandora card, but now I have to pay shipping and handling charges.

The store could of had more help

Once I returned home I noticed that one of the charms was dented. I believe that an expert salesperson should have pointed this out to me. I can take a picture of it if necessary.

I was very satisfied

sales person was not willing to help me find out about why i could not use my 10.00 from a previous sales that i did on the 11th. she kept telling me i used the coupon.. finally i asked her to please get a manager, and the manager was very accommodating and help me out and got the issue resolved.

Came across the Pandora Store - the store was nice and clean. The Sales Associates where all nice and knowledgeable. They had just about everything we were looking for and will be back to purchase from again in the future.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon with only 3 associates working for the longest time until a fourth person arrived. We waited over 30 minutes!! Not very professional way to keep customers happy.
