They were some what rude I walked in no one spoke then a lady of the opposite race walked in they spoke and went to assist her and didn’t no acknowledge me even being there until I spoke up angry at this point

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I have recommended family and friends at this location. They also was very satisfied with there selection of Pandora jewels.

There were more items on sale at the sales clerk didn't make me aware of until after I made a selection. After I showed interest in the other items, she assisted, but seemed a little bothered that I changed my mind. If I'd known there were additional sale items, I wouldn't have made a selection until I had the opportunity to see all there was to offer. She wasn't rude or mean, just a little bit bothered.

I’m new to pandora and the charms are small but speaks volumes to those that I buy for I’ve invested in rings charms and bracelets and for such a small gift I love the looks of fullfillment on my child’s face as well as my mom in law

I was pleased with my experience shopping at Pandora. However, I realized that my purchase could’ve been made a day later for a savings of 25%. Why would the sales associate not share that info with me?

Did not have the product that I wanted. I was looking for better price. Was hoping for a better promotion.

Sale manger was very rude

Customer service was only okay. The store was not busy but the associates not very friendly and not attentive.

I had not visited this store previously. It was busy and I felt a little rushed to make a decision about the products I was purchasing. This was no fault in regards to the associate.

Did feel there were a lot of deals for an outlet store. Seems like sales associate was rushing us which I didn't care for.
