Overall good visit and am very satisfied with my purchases, but the had to wait a long time for someone to help me. The sales associate who helped me also had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned looking for the crown ring which was disappointing because it is pretty popular.

It was my first visit to Pandora and I bought several charms and a bracelet. The salesperson didn’t tell me that one of the charm I selected cannot fit in the bracelet I purchased. I discovered after I went home.

There should have been more sale priced for Christmas in July, should have included the bracelet with sale price that would make the customers more interested in purchasing more Christmas items. I would have love to have purchased one of the Christmas clasp bracelet along with my charms.

Loved the store overall. We were vacationing in Virginia was the reason for the visit to purchase a charm.

When I entered the store I was not greeted and I actully had to ask for help and I was tge only customer in the store.
