When I walked in it it was if the sales rep assumed I was not going to buy anything/pay however she was extremely surprised when I was very specific and had to show her the product I wanted. Needless to say I purchased it because I really wanted that item- I typically by everything through Jared but we were out of town and near a store so I decided to purchase there.

The first representative who I was speaking with was very standoffish, the lady who actually served me and cleaned my bracelet was very pleasant and I was only in the store to look and my husband and I walked out with 2 charms

Found pricing high for outlet center. Can receive better deals in specialty stores during promotions for Pandora.

Requested to have bracelet cleaned while purchasing charms and the associate doing the cleaning presented as bothered that she was asked to clean my bracelet.

They were busy. However, the sales person was not attentive. I felt like she wanted to get the sale over with. She was more interested in things going on around her. I was not her focus.
