I had a good experience in store and our salesperson was fabulous! The only disappointment was the lack of individual charms we were looking for. So many were not in stock at the location, but thankfully three of them were! Suzanne was so helpful and very friendly! We will definitely come back to get her assistance again!

My credit card was stalled because the system went down. I had to wait a longtime for my purchase to be completed.

The sign-in list is always an issue because of the way you are allowed to sign-in. probably would be better with a number paddle or slip system.
