Pandora Jewelry

We weren't highly satisfied with our visit because the store did not have the charm we were looking for. Where there are only 67 petite charms you would expect a pandora store to have all of them in stock.

No one retailer is perfect in anyway shape or form. I was happy with my visit.

Sales person was trying to help too many people at once

The wait was about 20 minutes to be assisted. The associate had to look up the price of some of the merchandise because it was not marked. It was a busy day for the store but overall the experience was good.

Associates were all friendly. Store was clean and inviting. Prices were great!

It was more of what I was looking for in a limited price range, and I was time constrained in finding the item. I was focused on a particular item, and the staff was excellent in helping me find the item. My limited resources limited my experience at Pandora. If I had more time I would have enjoyed looking at everything the store offered and would have enjoyed being there longer.

Black Friday and not enough sale associates. The assistant was not aware of where to look for things that I asked. I wanted to be shown something ruby and I was not shown anything ruby.

The store was very full and the associates seemed very stressed. However, it was also Black Friday so I can understand. The staff was actually pretty great under the circumstance

This is an Outlet Mall store I shopped out. It's décor was not up to the standard of your regular stores. It was a little run down on the edges. The quality of your product was there but not the little extra I am use to.

I felt there was limited amount of sale merchandise for it to be an outlet store
