The representative was not as friendly as the Short Pump location

I was satisfied with my visit and the customer service I received while shopping. I am not sure what different could have happened to make it a highly satisfied visit. Maybe if I was able to look at all options for bracelets.

Not enough associates on hand at the time I was shopping. I had to wait more than a few minutes to be helped.

Good service

could not get to counter or see merchandise. Customers not helped first come first serve. TOO long a wait for service. Some associates lazy and not helpful. Lady that finally helped me was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I believe in great service.... im a shopper so high satisfied would be in a personal shopping experience.

The sales clerk was not very accommodating in showing me multiple trays. We were the only customers in the store for most of our visit.

The charm I purchased was defective. It did not have ridges on the inside to fit on my Pandora bracelet.
