the item that we purchase was under the tag of $80.00 but when she looked it up it was 85.00 even though it was on 5.00 more the fact the it was a child paying for this item out of there own money is a lot. when question she said they get put back in the wrong place. but how can all the same rings be in the wrong place. She should have sold it for the 80.00 not the 85.00. Even though we had the military discount the extra 5.00 for the child would have been nice. your employees did not honor the section it was under.

Being required to stand in a line in the cold outside the store as only 3-4 customers were allowed in at a time would lend to me never visiting this Pandora store again.

Attitude I am a Pandora collector, the staff in this store are only temps, they don’t care about THIR product, therefore there is no enthusiasm for it , no excitement passed on to the customer. To be a successful salesperson you must love people, know your product and put the right product with the right person. It’s a career, not a job. I was trained in cust service in London. And worked for mrs. Lauder for 17years. These ladies just open drawers and take it or leave it. I knew what I was looking for on this visit. This is not always the way it is, sometimes I find a treasure. I have never visited an outlet store before. We just happened to be there, I live in Williamsburg va, my family were visiting.

I was charged the full price of the item I purchased that was suppose to be 50% off.

The rep that helped me was nice and tried her best and I truly appreciate that. What I did not like is when she asked her co-worker for help to better answer my questions to assist me, her name was Ndea at the Williamsburg VA outlet store. She had an attitude and her facial expression was ridiculous. The part that really grind my gears was when my rep grabbed the iPad to check me out. Once we were done before she could even finish packing my things up, Ndea snatched the iPad from her. Im saying that to say this, she needs to be coached. I worked retail for 10+ years. When you are dealing with the public, this is not how things go.

One sales associate was trying to help me figure out the price of a necklace and two charms, and another one was trying to tell me that one of the charms did not come with the necklace. It appeared that one associate was trying to not work with with me as a customer in providing me with what I wanted. One sales associate was pleasantl to me and the other was not.

There were 3 sales associates who were all with someone when I entered. I was not acknowledged at any point while I was waiting. Another customer left and then a new one came in for a pick up who quickly jumped ahead of me when someone freed up. It was a long 15 minutes or more with not even a glance or smile from a rep.

They had me waiting for a half hour just to enter the store when clearly several customers had already exited the store

The sales associates did not ask if I needed help and when I did see someone who was not busy and standing inside the counter watching a woman look at jewelry through the glass and was able to leave to come help me as I stood there waiting casually making eye contact with her for over 10 minutes and she wasn’t alone she was with another associate that actually was assisting someone that she truly was helping, I finally said I’m ready to purchase these two items and she came over to me and said that “she was helping” someone else and would be right with me. 15 minutes later she comes back and rushes me by huffing when I tell her my size for both rings and ask to try it on to double check it fits right since the display rings are attached to a cable that can misguide your judgement in actual size. We go to the checkout counter and I show her my barcode on my phone for my 10% off nurse discount that I told her I had and she proceeds to act like I am wasting her time by huffing again and then rings me up, all the while I am holding my two rings in hand. I had to ask her for a box or a bag or anything to have to put my rings in as well as my actual receipt

It was freezing outside and I had to wait in a line because there were only 4 associates working on the week of Christmas. I was in the same store this weekend and there were many employees working.
