I personally did not keep that they knew what they were doing. Usually when I come into a Pandora and ask them; "What do you think I can do with my bracelet?" Adding charm wise, they are able to help me find the charms I wanted to add or take away. I felt they were very, not willing to help me explore how to better express myself through my Pandora bracelet.

The sales person didn't seem like she wanted to engage with me. No eye contact, short answers, obviously didn't want to be there. She wasn't rude, just really not engaged with me.

I was not satisfied because the lady that I got to assist me with, was not so friendly. She was very direct and with no smile.

With the new Covid measures in place, it makes it nearly impossible to properly shop. I went in December to a different location to get Birthday charms, I felt rushed and just got anything! Yesterday same thing. Horrible experience!

I felt like I couldn’t ask questions... like this is what we have take it or leave it and no time to look at others things or to even think about other possibilities it was disappointing but the workers were over worked the line was long and the wait to get in store longer Not the employees fault
