First of all the line to get in the store was to long. The salesperson wasn't as friendly. I wish you all would have had a wider selection

I never noticed that the sales rep didn’t put the ring in the box so when I opened the box on Christmas Day today, the ring was not in the box. I’m glad I didn’t spend what I normally spend each year at Christmas because I would really be upset. Normally I go to the outlet store at Potomac Mills or Stoney Point where I receive great service and spend more but I visited the outlet mall in Williamsburg due to COVID because it is an outside mall. It’s disappointing even though it was only $16.02.

Took to long to get into the store

Waiting outside a store to be let in to browse and shop was annoying. Customers were let out and we were told give them a few minutes but that few minutes turned into 10 while associates stood there chatting. We almost left as to me that meant they did not want our business. Their personal conversations were more important than me. I have done retail in the past and in my perspective that is not how you treat the the ones that literally pay your salary. Once inside the store you had to stay in one spot you couldn’t look around the store. If I want charms from now on I’ll shop online, I give way better customer service than your stores in my opinion and the environment is much friendlier!

My last visit was great. I purchase a item in Dec 2019 and it came apart. No one will help me with this.

Was not told it was a clearance item. Needed to exchange it that same day but they refused, went back the next day and the manager did agree to exchange it, but the employees need better training!

The lady that waited on us told my friend she needed to “slow down” with trying on even though she was sanitizing every ring

Staff preoccupied, it seems to be more hurried than passed visit. When asked about merchandise, didn't seem to care whether they made a sale or not.

Ten people allowed in the store but they was only letting 2 in . They all went to the back at the same time with a line outside.

This was an outlet center and prices were the same as in regular store which was disappointing
