The wait was excruciatingly long. At times there were two salespersons waiting on one customer. Standing around waiting on salespeople was exhausting. There should be a small sitting area where one can wait once she no longer needs to look at a catalog

I mentioned to the salesperson several times that the two farms I bought were gifts to two relatives. At the end of the sale, she asked if she should put them on my bracelet. I reminded her that they were gifts and I already had one of them. She then proceeded to wrap them, both boxes in one bag! It was quite crowded and busy this close to Christmas so I said nothing and left.

Sat there waiting for almost 20 minutes. Finally got acknowledged by a employee. She said she would send someone over. Finally that employee came over and she went to the person next to me that just walked through the door instead of helping me first. The customer service was horrible. For a high end retail company they should learn how to acknowledge people standing there waiting for help

Upon entering the store, there were three associates, yet I received no greeting. An associate even moved and stood directly in front of me, and did not acknowledge me.

I feel if you spend $100.00 or more on charms store should at least give you a retired charm or other item.

Someone came into the store and starting cursing and swearing at one of the sales associates. The sales associate then cursed and yelled back when confronted - while she was helping customers! The management didn't really do anything to stop the situation and allowed the cursing to continue - I was in there with my 13 and 18 year old daughters. I felt threatened and made sure the girls were behind me as we moved away from the yelling. It was so unprofessional and I almost walked out the door. If I didn't promise my girls rings for their 13th and 18th birthdays. Major milestones.

The store was busy, if I recall 3 sales associates all helping customers. No one greeted us and after sitting and waiting for about 15-20 found out there was a customer sign in sheet for service when I customer came in and walked up to the counter for assistance. I overheard an associate tell the women that she needed to sign in. I got up from my seat and signed my name to the list and waited for service and still had to approach the counter again to let someone no my name was on the list waiting to be service. I was going to leave the store just because of that experience. However the sales associate who assisted me was very personable.

This was my first purchase of pandora and the sales associate did not give a lot of info and I purchased 2 charms as I am not sure of how I am to add them or how the charms work together she never even offered to give that info. Would have been nice to be told it is good to have a spacer bead or whatever in between charms.
