No one indicated I needed to put my name on a list. Though the store had customers no one even made eye contact with me... not even a hello , will be with shortly . When I mentioned the issue no one acknowledged or attempted to make me comfortable though I watched 3 of them working with 1 customer ... very disturbing.

I was there on a big sale day. I know that the sales personnel were very busy. However, they were inefficiently used. One person did nothing but walk around taking people's names for a waiting list. A simple "take a number" paper roll would have freed this person to assist customers. I never saw more than three sales persons at a time working with customers, although there were about six (I'm guessing) at the store. The service was excellent once my turn came along, but I seriously considered whether or not the wait was worth it, as the shopping center had many other stores available in which to spend my money.

The Wait system was horrible the clerk was not knowledgeable and had to ask the other Clerks about the items on sale.

The 2 sales ladies were rude and they didn't understand the product or the warranty.

The sales associate seemed unhappy and it felt like she did not want to help me. Sales associate seemed annoyed that I wanted her to help me find a pizza charm at another location. Associate was trying to sell me a bracelet that was too small for my wrist & that was odd to me considering that my original purpose of coming in was to buy a bracelet one size up than I had. My last bracelet open on me caused me to lose charms without my knowledge. I noticed pandaora sells a secure piece I seen in the display which I asked about. She could have suggested or shared that this was also an option to ensure I don’t have that problem in the future. She just seemed to care less about my visit & issue. Oh well I guess not everyone likes their job:/

The system to receive assistance is not efficient; I don’t see why associates wouldn’t help customers as they come in or ask what each customer needs. Why would it make sense to wait 30 minutes for my transaction that took 5 minutes? If we were actually spoken to then employees would know whose transaction would take 20 minutes and whose wouldn’t. There was also no way of knowing where you were supposed to wait.

Waited in 20 degree weather with my kid for 30 minutes before entering the store .Once we was allowed in the store ,the sales rep gave off the vibe as if u was interrupting her day .

I was profiled as a black female. I filled out a request for credit, filled out the application, and was told to confirm everything that I entered on the application and told to repeat everything on the phone with the representative I believe because of color and monthly income. This was the Williiamsburg location. I will never go to that location again. I was so embarrassed and disappointed.
