I went to Pandora because of the offering of purchase 150 get the free bracelets. They didn’t have the free and didn’t make any accommodations. It was spend 325 for the rose gold or get what they gave you. I already have this bracelet. No empathy, like they were doing me a favor. I asked for options and store manager turned her nose up like i was bothering her and told me i had to take that or spend more to get what i didn’t want.

Made us wait over 30 minutes outside. I head a crib by newborn. There were only two people in store. And only one person helping customers

Got a retire ring that all the stones cane off and did not even get a credit to purchase a different ring. Came back home to my daughter who i had purchased the ring for and she said she will never wear it again obviously. Disappointed

I purchased a brace and was unable to bring it home due to the fact that the engraving machine engraving machine was not working. The braces still at the store they said he would contact me once machine is working

Sales associate was not helpful or friendly never offered suggestions not eager to offer suggestions horrible customer service like she had an attitude

The sales associate was very rude. He only wanted to show high end items and not any close out merch. He complained how my bracelets was too big for me which I know. My hands swell none of his business. Then he asked was all my charms Pandora charms. You work for Pandora you should know your merchandise. I spent almost $400 for him to act that way as he did.

My sales associate was not very knowledgeable at all. I spent over $250 in 2 transactions & not once did my associate tell me about the free bracelet for purchases over $135. I feel like I was not given the proper service I deserved & feel that pandora owes me a free bracelet.

The Williamsburg VA charm. It has flip-flops on it. Why not the governors bldg, a patriot, a 13 colony flag, plantation, horse & buggy…many things but WHY flip-flops!?!? It’s not even a “beach” area. I collect charms as I travel and didn’t buy this one. I was very disappointed.

The associate that helped us seemed to be in a rush, we wanted to look at charms and she only showed us 3. We didn’t get to look at anything other than Mother’s Day specific charms even after we said it could be any charm. I understand it was Mother’s Day, they did have other customers but I probably wouldn’t return to this specific location anytime soon.
