The sales associate was not friendly at all. She seemed eager to just get me out of her face. Acted like I was bothering her when asked to see different charms.

I’m in town from Houston and visited the outlet. Understandable COVID is a concern and rationing how many people be in the store is appreciated however once I’m in there FINALLY (I waited 30 minutes at least) welcome me and be thankful I waited. You offered 50% off on selected items then expected a crowd. I’ve been a customer for at least 10 years and have many charms. I want to look at the product before I buy it and not rely on an online purchase. I have never been treated so coldly as I did in that store. Please correct that behavior.

I waited outside in the cold for more than an hour before I entered the store. There were customers in the store the entire time I was in line. The associates did not acknowledge the extremely long wait time or address the customers waiting in line.

My son and I waited in line outside for 30 minutes. When I entered, I was told someone would be with us shortly. The sales associates kept helping others, and as they finished, they would let others in and help them. We stood by the desk for 30 minutes waiting to be helped until I asked when someone would help us. I was then told that someone would be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes later, the manager I guess told an associate not to let the next group of people in so that they may help me. Also while I was waiting, another customer was asked if they were fire/ems/military or a nurse. I was not asked, and AM a Registered Nurse. No discount offered or applied. I love the necklace my son picked out for his grandmother, but that was $175 I feel like I should have spent somewhere else.

The price that was displayed on the items the associate claimed was wrong so she increased the price by $75 more;even after she claimed to have given me 10 percent off. .

Spent over $100 got the free bracelet but they only had size small in stock the wait was really long and the employees were irritated and not very friendly. This is the second time I return to the store the first time they shut down for an hour so lost my business that day especially when you were in the outlets people don’t want to walk around and come back in an hour they walked past your store they come in at that time and they keep going I’m sure that they lost a lot of business during that time

I’ve been to this store multiple times with multiple purchases. There isn’t enough sales associates working and the ones working can’t accurately keep track of who is next in line. Recommend using a ticket number system so employees can keep track of who is next in line.

Available associates and not one asked if we needed assistance. I said “excuse me” to a couple people but not one response. Even had eye contact with other associates from a distance but they looked away before I could raise my hand. We were about to walk out but I just asked loudly if anyone else helps customers besides the two ladies who are already occupied. Sad that I had to behave that way to get service. At least one young lady had the courtesy to respond and was attentive and helpful to my husband. Others just disappeared into the back room. Associate was Emma, although she was also one who avoided eye contact initially.
