Could not get any service. Was speaking to another customer about the lack of service, one of the sales person acknowledged me and said they would get to me next.

Shauna the salesperson was not very friendly and rushed my shopping. Also was rude towards me.

The sales associate was not very attentive nor was she interested in me browsing.She wanted me to hurry up and make a purchase and leave. I felt very rushed.

I felt rushed. I didn't feel comfortable in deciding what I really wanted. We were rushed out the door wasnt given a box or even a bag with our purchase

I ask the associate how much something was, she told me the price off the top of her head. So I decided to purchase the item, it rung up a different price. Which was higher. She ask her manager what happen to the price, am unsure what was said. I was very unpleased that she didn’t honor the price that was quoted to me.

I ordered online and paid for it . I waited in line outside the store in the cold for an hour . I go in to retrieve my order and was told by the associate that my order was canceled by mistake she said she hit the cancel button by mistake. She calls the dept that handles the online purchase and that they said once it cancels the hold and all was canceled. So I had to repurchase it and then inconveniently call my bank about the hold going away. I live about 35 mins from the store.

Earrings bought just last year were retired and could not buy charms for existigmbg pair. Associates were not familiar with this product. Bought a charm to add to bracelet, price was 45.50, sign indicated 30-50% off was expecting the discount, but was told the 45.50 was with discount once the sale was totaled. Would have been clearer to customer if signage was written more clearly. Spent more than expected in this store because of this experience, but maybe that us the way Pandora runs their business. I do love the quality of the merchandise .

Amy clasp to my bangle and snake bracelet will not securely close properly. .i have 3 pandora bracelets and have spent alot of money considering all 3 are almost full...I was told that I would just need to purchase another bracelet..why would i continue to do this if the qualoty fails

I was standing by the jewlry case no one asked if they could help but others were assisted that came in after me. She didnt know where the braclets were located then there was a problem with scanning the price tag. I was in the store too long just to spend $40.

The pandora outlet did not have the star wars charms. Upon selecting a different charm for my wife, we returned home only to find out it was from a discontinued “essence” collection and would not fit her bracelet. Which should have been disclosed prior to the purchase. The associate did not seem knowledgeable nor seem willing to help. The product was not clearly labeled as to collection or price and the associate struggled to find the price online. At which time she should have realized and made known to us that it was from a discontinued collection. I am very disappointed in my shopping experience.
