Though the salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable, I feel that I was mislead about the promotion. I was told that in order to qualify for the "spend $125, get a free bracelet (up to a $65 value)", I would have to apply for the Pandora credit card. I did not want to apply for the credit card. I ended up spending about $115 and now I see that the promotion does not specify that I had to apply for the credit card. Had I known that, I would have easily spent enough to qualify for the promotion.

The associate was not knowledgeable to me. She kept walking away doing nothing. I get it that a customer can be time consuming but for me to keep calling her over to look at something was annoying. Also she was not friendly at all. They usually ask me would you like me to put the Charm on your bracelet She did not. She wrapped it up. But two weeks ago the lady put my apple on. She even sprayed. Not sure if that a new rule but eventually she did add my new charm.

The sales associates did not seem like they were interested in helping the customers.

Wanted to return damaged/broken products. Salesperson stated that I couldn’t exchange the items because when I bought them they were on sale. So I have a ring that I bought only 6 months ago and a bracelet that’s broken and can’t do nothing with. You don’t back your products

There was one associate helping a customer. The associate that let me in went to the back for about 10 minutes before deciding to help me and then I felt rushed because she didn’t want to assist me properly. She was not friendly at all.

I visited the store to have them remove a heart charm from my bracelet which was preventing me from removing the other charms. The sales associate Danielle was helping me at the time and she couldn't remove it. She asked for assistance from another sales associate (Megan) who told me that some of my charms were not Pandora charms so she could not help me. When I stated that they are all Pandora charms, she said I was lying. If she would have help me get the heart off she could have checked the other charms and found out that they are actually Pandora charms. She told me flat out that I voided my Pandora and refuse to help remove the charm. The charms in question are 2 blocks with chinese writing on them which are now retired Pandora charms. I didn't want to go back and forth with her in the crowded store and she to me to go back to the Pandora store where I purchase the heart to have them to remove it. Yes, I was upset but I as purchased another charm for my necklace and another necklace.

The sales associate came off lunch and disregarded the sign in sheet and I was next on the list and started helping guest that walked in after me. I expressed my concerns to the manager and she gave me an additional 10% off my purchase for the trouble. Thinking about the situation still makes me very livid to be treated that way because of the associate assumption about my purchase.

In the case where I looked at the Pandora charms, the charm holder stated charms for $49.99 and lower or $29.99 and lower; however, the charms that I purchased were not $49.99 but $55.00 and $65.00, which was my choice to buy them. In the future, it would be less false advertising, if you would have the $49.99 and lower tag removed from the charm holder (case in which multiple charms are located), especially if you have charms that are higher than $49.99. I wasn't particularly satisfied with having to pay more than $49.99 since the case displayed the $49.99 and lower tag. Also, this Pandora store is located at an outlet mall; however, these are the same prices that I would have paid in a regular Pandora store. There was no discount on the two charms that I purchased, so being located in a outlet mall, but not offering outlet prices is a total rip-off.!!!!!
