Sale people were not helpful. They all standing in a group not trying to help. I was about to leave finally one of them came but was not friendly. It was just not a good experience .

Montana was very rude & racial also Alexis J was very rude & spoke very rude about the customers to sale associate Montana was laughing & did not correct Alexis J

the first person that I tried to get to show me something would not said another person needed to look first. I do not know if she had been in the store longer than me or not I had been around the store I left and was not going to buy anything from them but went back later ask a different person and told the one that I was glad some people could wait on me. she was just rude

The sales staff were too busy talking to themselves to even care about customers. Looked sales woman in ther face and she still ignored me

1 of my charms was damaged, and the sales associate said that I could only do an even exchange, but they didn't have the charm that I had. She told me that I needed to go to that store to do the exchange. We asked for the manager and she made it seem like I was damaging the bracelet, but she did exchange it, but I don't like the vibe from this store!! One of my bracelets is full, so I was trying to work on the other one, but I don't think that it's worth it now!!! This store needs a new manager. I tried to purchase something on mother's day and they closed the store at 845, when the store closed at 9 and they weren't taking no one else. I guess I might need to take my habit someplace else.

This is my second visit to this Pandora location, and both times the associate was not helpful or seemed annoyed or bothered. I felt rushed and dont think i will return to this store. Overall not a good experience

Had to wait an hour just to be helped. The associate was not friendly at all. When it was my turn to be waited on after waiting an hour she then had to help an Associate with her customer. I had bought two rings and the sales lady failed to tell me if I bought two items I get a 3rd one free. I didn't know till that night when I seen the Commercial. So thanks Pandora for Screwing me out of that. Really need to Hire more friendly people and knowledgeable about the sales going on in the store.

I purchased a ring from the Williamsburg, VA location and realized my mom had bought me the same one. I went to go return it to the store closest to me, in Short Pump, VA and was told, after waiting for 25+ minutes, that I could only do an exchange in the store, and not a return. I bought the ring at full price, and there was not a price difference in the stores, so I was confused as to why I couldn't return it, as they did not give me a solid answer. It was very inconvenient for me to have to drive an hour all the way back to Williamsburg, the location where I originally purchased the ring, to be told that they are a joint company and they could have done the return at Short Pump, and sent it back to their store. I sent an email to corporate about my experience a few days ago, and have not received any feedback, after requesting that someone call me about the situation, and I even left my phone number.

Not nearly enough staff, and no one taking names for next for assistance until I had already waited 20 minutes. Then sales associates were still helping people who came in after me

The sales association wasn't very attentive. Looking for a certain charm, after 3 attempts 1 of my choices was found. The sales association acted like she wasn't interested in me or my purchase like she had something else to do & I was wearing my bracelet but didn't even offer to put it on for me.
