The treatment I received from the associate was very unprofessional. She behaved as though I was disturbing her. I purchased five charms and requested that three be packaged individually because they were gifts to be given by other people. This seemed to bother her. I felt very uncomfortable because of the attitude she was displaying. After leaving the store I received a call to purchase a charm for someone else. When I reentered the store the two associates were talking amongst themselves. I was the only person in the store. After waiting for awhile I finally said excuse me in order to receive help with making my purchase. The associate handed me the bag without saying anything. I said thank you and she replied yeah okay. I regret having driven 20 miles to visit this store.

Ignored for 15 minutes while associate flirted hang over counter with a young man I said excuse me she said she was busy another just ignored me went to the couple who just came in very raciest staff

The sales associate was rude and was not friendly during my buying process. I will not recommend my friends and family to that store.

45 minutes waiting in line Manager stayed in the back room with a large line waiting Did not have all the merchandise I needed in stock after waiting so long.

Visited store 218668 on 12/26 and 12/27 trying to match a pink murano charm purchased at store 218341, receipt 034161013015112622. This was the last one and I wanted 2 so the store ordered the 2nd one online order #PND16106090. When I received the charm I noticed that they didn’t match. So I’ve been trying to match them. Visited the Williamsburg store on 12/26 with both charms but was unable to match. Purchased another charm. Came back 12/27 to exchange the pink murano for the blue, both visits Tamia waited on me. She told me I could exchange the charms but would have to pay the higher price b/c she could not honor Black Friday sale. That’s when I noticed I was missing a charm and she insisted the 4 in her hand came from the case and the only way to confirm was to retrieve the video footage. And the manager is out w/ COVID. So I tell her, so I’m just out of luck and she replied I guess so. I explained to her that I’m from OOT, response well if we have yours you can pick it from another store. I leave the store angry and called the corporate office to complain. They are supposed to be looking into matter. In the meantime I returned the 1 charm that I now have and I only want to be r

When my best friend and I enter the establishment we were not greeted. We walked around the store for about 30 minutes before we were helped. The staff just looked at us the whole time. After them hearing how we because we were talking about them we finally got help. But she seem as if she didn’t want to help us at all. Horrible experience probably because we were African Americans

Salesperson appeared unhappy with her job, and showed no interest in helping me find charms for my Pandora bracelet. Very poor customer service. Especially since I had to wait over 15 minutes just to be allowed in store.

I forgot to ask for a military discount that I was entitled to have always received and supposed to be in my profile. I went back into the store five minutes later and she said she could not give me the discount after the sell

I had bought a charm and also had my bracelet cleaned. When I was handed my bracelet back, the end charm was missing and I hadn’t realized it until I had left the store. After a few minutes of returning, the representative stated she never removed it and I had to end up buying a second charm to replace what was lost, even though I am certain it happened in store.
