I was pleased with my experience, the girl that helped me was very friendly and helpful, I did not feel rushed, and she answered all of my questions. Williamsburg Pandora is the only store I visit, and it is always a pleasure to shop there.

The associate spelled my email and street name wrong. This was a phone order, to be shipped UPS.

My representative Olivia H was extremely rude during my visit. She saw me standing near the case and never asked if I needed assistance. She the helped me and rushed through my transaction. I asked her if she needed my phone number to link the purchase to my account and she said no, and I know that was a lie. She did not try to upswell or ask me what I was looking for. I would have had a better experience shopping online. She should consider looking for a new job if she is not interested in customer service.

I understand it’s the holidays so it’s very busy, but the time you have to wait is ridiculous. Then when you get in the store the sale associates don’t have any patience and rushing you. I ended getting the wrong merchandise because you couldn’t look around and had to stand in one spot while the associate bring items to you and you have to try to guess what you like and may want. Another associate came to help me. But given the situation I realized once I left and got home that I had the wrong items. I drove from miles away and I can’t dive back because I’m due to have surgery on Christmas morning so we’re celebrating on Christmas Eve. I won’t be returning because each time I’ve came to pandora I get this same rude treatment.

I am very disappointed with my Pandora experience yesterday. My receipt says a "Madeline P" was my sales associate that helped me and she was awful. Her customer service needs some attention ASAP!

All My Merchandise Wasn’t In Bag When I Arrived Home And I Live 45 min away From Store Location And I Had To Go Back. Wasn’t Greeted Neither Time I Went To The Store And Didn’t Receive The Same Service Others Did And It Was Voiced By Myself And Nothing Was Resolved

I requested that the bracelets I was wearing be cleaned. One was an oxidized bracelet. I was not paying attention to the cleaning process because one person was helping me shop. The other was cleaning my items. When I received my oxidized bracelet back, the oxidation was gone. I voiced my concerns and no one seemed to know what to do. When asked what they used to clean it, no one could provide an answer. I was offered a new, non-oxidized bracelet. This solution was unacceptable, as I purchased what I originally wanted, and replacing it with something totally different was ludicrous. As of now, I still have no resolution. I was told someone would be calling me, but no call, so far. I will never have my bracelets cleaned in a Pandora store, again, although this is advertised as a purchase perk. Staff needs to be trained better on how to treat these EXPENSIVE delicate items.

every bracelet I picked was out of stock or didnt have my size the lesser value one was the only one I could fit and she convinced me to get a charm hold that disappeared before I could even get home but my charms was still there and it was 45.00 for nothing

The sales clerk were rude, some looked like they had just finished a run. I brought my 12 year old granddaughter to pick out her first Pandora bracelet and I told her to look around and let me know what she liked, she was told to back away from the cases to let other people look, she was fully masked. We waited an hour to get in and then left because she was treated so badly. I was looking at the bracelets and was told by the sale clerk that she had cleaned the case for "her" customer. I had a mask on, I followed the errors and waited to get in store only to given rudeness!!! Long time Pandora customer, never again!

The sales clerk was extremely friendly and professional; however, I waited in line outside the store for over 40 minutes and I had less than 10 groups of people ahead of me. I won’t be back until things get back to normal or a new normal.
