Salesperson was rude, condescending and acted as if helping me either my purchase was a nuisance. I will shop elsewhere where my business is respected and appreciated.

I was refused service unless I wore a facemask. I explained I have a medical exemption but that didn't matter. No mask, no service.

The lady that waited on me was very rude. Since we could not find what I was looking for, she suggested that I go to T.J. Maxx. Not sure what she meant by that but I believe it had to do with me not being able to afford any of the items that were shown to me. I ended up buying a ring not even knowing what the price was Because I could’ve afforded to purchase anything in that store. I believe customer service needs to be taught to your help there

This is my third time to this Pandora and the experience has been less than desirable each time. The associates seem much different than other Pandora stores as far as it relates to their willingness to help and their professionalism. On this visit the associate said that I wasn't able to get a cloth bag because they were "low on bags." In addition she did not thank me for my purchase and when I thanked her, her response was "un hun". There is some real opportunity at this location as far as the Customer Service!! I appreciate the discounted prices but it seems as though you are hiring the wrong people. Thank you!!

Each of the three sales representatives were busy, and never did they even egg knowledge that I was there or say they would be with me in a minute or anything like that. So I was completely ignored. Then when one of them was free, they begin helping a customer who walked in after I did, and again never acknowledged my presence or said they would be with me or anything. So I left. When I return, one of the sales staff helped me. And she was not very friendly

Ask for final sale items and was not shown them the sales associate was looking everywhere but focused on my purchase ask for two bracelets only wrong up one originally and put the other one back I'm glad I looked at the receipt before leaving so that I could get the other bracelet too call back 30 minutes later no answer and no return call as of September 7th 2017 other than the worker that sold me my items everyone else was friendly check-in was early as soon as I came in the door found me a sales associate right after checking just a sales associate was not great thank you but I will not be going there again
