Very professional very attentive very knowledgeable. Store was clean product was gorgeous. Very friendly and ensured that I was knowledgeable of what I was receiving. I would recommend this Pandora store it was a great experience.

I love the Pandora products and the salesman that helped me was very nice, knowledgeable on the products, and helpful. My only minor issue was that I purchased over $300 worth of merch for me and my daughter and there was a promotion going on: spend $150 or more and get a free Xmas charm. Well my daughter and I both saw a charm that we wanted (snowflake) but according to the promotion I could only get one. I would’ve liked for him to at least ask the manager if I could have two OR offer to split the purchase. It’s minor but I’ve worked in retail long enough to know that 1) it’s done for customers without them having to ask and 2) it could’ve easily been done. I’m an easy customer, because I’ve been on the other side, so I didn’t make a big deal of it (plus more customers came in as I was checking out), but things like this really impact my overall experience. I want to make the comment but I don’t want him to get a bad score, so I’m putting it here instead of having reflect in his overall scoring.
