Love the charms and friendly staff

I went to our local Pandora store with a birthday gift offer from you. I went to get the "Happy Birthday" charm but there were sold out. So instead, I purchased a bouquet of flowers instead. I was disappointed not to get the birthday charm, but love the one I bought.

Young lady whom helped me was very sweet

To go to a Pandora store and have no line,it's amazing. I informed the associate what I wanted and she got right away. I don't like how I didn't know her name nor did I like how she didn't greet me or asked of it's anything else I needed. She just asked how I wanted my receipt and as soon as I answered she went to the next customer.
