The sales staff was awesome! We are vacationing in Virginia Beach and went in to purchase a Virginia charm. We not only purchased the charm, a safety clip and tool to open the bracelet! The store was pristine! Not a spec of dirt or dust anywhere! I highly recommend this store! A+ in my book!
