Shauna B. provided me with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE she was patient with me as I decided on items, helped me with selections, told me what would help me provide the best care for my bracelets ETC My safety chain would not come off as the threading was stripped in my charm and Shauna helped me save my charms by removing a portion of my safety chain...then she helped me organize my charms on 3 bracelets and placed every charm on each....I absolutely LOVE THEM... not to mention she did not get irritated with be when other shoppers came in or needed help she was polite to them and continued to provide great service to me as well....
