The store was clean. I was able to find what I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I didn’t have any problems.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted immediately and asked to be assisted. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She was patient on letting me take my time to view everything to ensure I picked what was best for me.

I was assisted by Shauna(manager). She was awesome! Very professional and attentive. She was so helpful with assisting with choices made. She definitely made my experience a WOW experience. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I am very appreciative of the service that she provided.

The store was nice and clean spacious and the employees were fantastic with every customer from greeting you coming in and going out my service was excellent no issues and she knew what I wanted when I picked my pandora bracelet out in memory my grandma

The sales associate was very friendly and assisted me with my purchase. However, this is an outlet store so the charms that I wanted were not available. She offered to order and have them shipped to my home. I decided to wait and shop for something else.

Left the store highly satisfied and completely pampered! The sales person was so helpful about my questions in a way that made me feel that I was asking important questions and showed no judging my lack of knowledge regarding the snake bracelet and the bangle, as my bangle has been unsnapping too often and that was why I was there. I decided to go with the snake bracelet and she took the time to transfer all of my charms to my new snake bracelet, and she positioned the charms better than I had, which looked so much inviting/prettier! She even cleaned the charm and my bangle as I decided to keep it as a back up! I hope she never leaves that Pandora!!!
