Jacey at the Williamsburg Outlet store was super friendly and helpful. She was very patient with me as I browsed the many items. She offered suggestions to complete my new bracelet and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

We went in looking for the Stitch bangle set and the sales associate immediately knew what we were talking about. I never tried on or used Pandora before so I had no idea how they worked or what to do. The associate , Azah , was phenomenal in explaining things to me and let me try on a few different bracelets to see what I was most comfortable with. There was no pressure to make a sale she genuinely wanted me to pick out exactly what I wanted. She laughed and joked with us the entire time as I struggled with the bracelets, it was honestly a great first experience!
