Both associates were very friendly when I walked in. I was assisted immediately, found a ring I wished to purchase (and in my size)! Every step of the process was flawless!!

I was satisfied with the knowledge the lady had. The selection the helpful attendees. But not with pandora. They owe me a bracelet for free.

The staff is always very helpful. They are kind and always very friendly. And if something is not in the store they always are willing to find it or have it shipped to you.

I haven't visited Pandora in 2 years because of the poor customer service. The only reason I visited the store was to have my bracelets cleaned. I was so shocked with the great customer service that I looked around the store, and I purchased a necklace! Great improvement. She was very helpful, and she never made me feel like I couldn't afford my purchase.
