I was able to find charms I wanted. The associate who helped me wàs very friendly and helpful. They showed concern for my well being by limiting the amount of customers.

I called prior to my visit to inquire about the availability of specific charms for my Harry Potter bangle. My sales associate, Shauna, verified the availability of one of the two charms that I was looking for. She also told me of another charm. She held both charms for me. I drove approximately 45 miles to get to this location. I arrived at the store. I received a warm and pleasant welcome from both ladies closest to the door. Shauna assisted me right away but allowed me to continue to browse. When I was ready she was quick to help me complete my purchase. She also suggested other charms. I asked about the other charm that I really wanted. She checked the inventory of another location. Thanks to her my charm is on its way to the store for me to purchase. She has no idea how happy I am. I've been searching for these charms. I am so grateful for Shauna going above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by the sales associate Emma. She was very professional and so attentive. We were building a Pandora bracelet from the start and she was very patient. Did not rush me at all and really seemed to enjoy assisting me.
