Customer service was good.

The representative was very patient. She showed that they were following health mitigation’s to keep their customers safe. She offered me my teacher discount… before today I didn’t even know that was honored at Pandora.

I just started my pandora collection. I was visiting williamsburg outlet during a family trip. I browsed charms and bracelets with my boy in the store. The staff are very friendly and there were so many items to choose. Both my boy and I enjoyed the shopping.
