I love the layout of the Williamsburg, Va store. It's open & spacious. The jewelry is organized beautifully by category & style. The sales associates are friendly & knowledgeable in every style of the Pandora collection. My visit to this store was to have my bracelet cleaned. I couldn't resist buying a new bracelet, dangle charm & two beautiful clips.

I was Highly Satisfied because of the customer service and the item I wanted to purchase was available. And I didn’t have to wait in line long to enter building. Thank you

Although busy, I did not have much of a problem getting someone to help. The associated was quick to jump in and answer any questions I had and help both my mother and I make a purchase! Great customer service.

I was looking for a gift not so expensive and I ended buying three pieces which it was a surprise for me , I will come back soon to get other pieces I’m interested in.
