I visit Virginia every year and this was the first time I went into this store and everyone in the store was very nice and they help me keep my purchases a secret from my granddaughter because I was getting her her first bracelet and needed her wrist measured

the customer service is great the staff is very respectful. The young lady told us about the sales and she also told us there was an extra 30 % the retired charms.

The sales person, Kyara C. was very friendly & helpful. She made this shopping experience very pleasant & we will be returning. Kyara even took the time to remove my charms off of both my bracelets & clean them. We are very pleased with the selections we made.
