Customer service was outstanding. Product was available and appropriately priced. Bracelet was cleaned and allowed me to put new charms on before I left.

Cyara was wonderful. My friends & I went in with a specific idea of what we wanted & she assisted 4 of us at once with such friendliness it felt like she was shopping with us! This location is extremely busy, but once we got into the store, Cyara made us feel very important and not rushed at all. It was wonderful. First time shopping at Pandora, and I’m hooked!

I was beyond satisfied with my Pandora experience mainly because of my sales associate. She was awesome, it always takes me a long time to pick out stuff but she didn’t mind at all and also helped me. I didn’t want to get what “I Wanted” wanted because of the price but she convinced me to get what I loved and to disregard thinking about the price. This location was highly conscious of the safety of their guests during this Covid pandemic. Only allowing a certain amount of guests into the store at one time. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the product and offered many possibilities for the occasion of the gift i needed. Packaging of the product was beautiful and doesn't need to wrapped at all for the presentation of the gift!

She had great knowledge of the merchoand was very helpful with helping me pick out a ring as well as a safety chain
