I was very much impressed with the great customer service when entering the store. The salesperson (Megan) was very pleasant and friendly along with being very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I really was impressed with the social distancing policy being enforced and all the precautions that were taken during transaction process and browsing at other merchandise.

I had tried to secure a "Savannah" charm for my daughter (she spent her honeymoon there) from both of the Pandora stores in Savannah, GA; but without being physically present at their store, they could not sell me a charm and then ship it. I live about 400 miles from there. They suggested I either drive there, or get someone in Savannah to come and purchase the charm and have them ship it to me. IF I KNEW SOMEONE IN SAVANNAH, that would be possible. I was calling and asking for shipping because I don't know anyone in Savannah! DUH! I happened upon the store in Williamsburg, VA, a few months later, and stopped in on a lark. Megan was extremely helpful, took my information and told me she would try to work some magic regarding the Savannah charm. I received a call ten days later that a charm had arrived at the store if I wanted it. I immediately drove there, picked it up and was out the door in less than five minutes. I don't know if Megan pulled strings, "knew the right people", or was just much more service orientated than the folks at the two Savannah stores, but she got the job done and I am one happy shopper! Thank you, so much, Megan, for going above and beyond!

Pandora is one of the best gifts to give your love one , and she loves it just as well, I’ll will always be a Pandora customer, I have been a customer for 5 years now and can’t complain once , thanks Pandora !!!!
