Greeted with a smile immediately Due to Covid was assisted in 1place, however associate did a wonderful job showing me items, suggesting items and even styling tips.

The sales associate knew the merchandise and was able to help me select the perfect bracelet. She let me try it on and made sure it was cleaned before and after the fitting. She made sure I purchased the correct charms for the type of bracelet I selected. She was patient and did not get distracted just because another customer entered the store. I felt like I had a personal shopper who was knowledgeable of the Pandora brand.

Love Pandora products for years. Just when I think that I’m washed out with pandora, something new pops up. I was 1st introduced when a friend gifted me the traditional bracelet and a charm in 2009. And the rest in history!

I came in the store for a ring I saw online , the young lady took me right to it , she helped me figure my size for other fingers along with other styles I fell in love with. I will be back soon.

This was my very first Pandora purchase and the associate was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She showed me the difference between the bracelets and which charms fit which ones. If I didn’t live far away from this location, I’d definitely go back more often.
