Pandora Jewelry

My salesperson, Joyce, was phenomenal. I know this has to be a challenging time b/c of COVID-19 but the Pandora location always handles everything professionally. I don’t think I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience at this Pandora. I will continue coming back.

The store was very clean and the staff made sure that everyone were practicing social distance. My sales person was very pleasant and helpful. My shopping was done quickly and all of my questions were answered.

A beautiful store. Jewelry cases were set up to show the items very clearly. My CSR was outstanding. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she helped me within 15 minutes my purchase was made.

When I came to the store I didn’t know what I wanted to buy, It was for my sons girlfriend.The young lady that helped me was very professional and patient which made me feel at ease because there was a line outside. She helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet and put the 3 charms on for us, then she helped me with 3 other charms to receive a free bracelet. I forgot her name but on the receipt Assoc # is 199217. We were looking for Christmas charms and they had a display visible in the window. This made selection quick once admitted to the store. They kept patrons well spaced and did a great job getting everything taken care of quickly.
